This teacher training course is carefully designed for those who truly want to work on themselves, in order to grow as teachers, and human beings. 


By joining this 24 day immersive program you will invest in your holistic wellbeing, by nourishing your body, mind, emotions and spirit. You will sign up for a life changing journey, of inner transformation and self-healing. This is a profound process and requires commitment to work on yourself at every step of the way.

We are keeping the space limited with an expected group size of 10-15 people. Our intention is to create a connection with, and provide personal assistance to each student.  


Practice Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

 in the traditional Mysore-style, where each practitioner follows their own rhythm and breath, and teachers are there to support each individual with personalised adjustments and guidance. Every few days you will also have led classes, focused on helping you improve understanding of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series.

Explore Yoga Philosophy

by studying yoga history, and important yogic texts such as the Yoga Sutras & Bhagavad Gita.
Explore the practice of Ashtanga Yoga, the 8 limbed path of conscious living. You will also gain an understanding of how to practically apply philosophy into daily living.


Develop Pranayama Practice

 & experience the healing power of breath. You will follow a well-structured program, which begins with developing breath awareness, followed by an exploration of various Pranayama techniques. Included in the course are also teachings of the more advanced practices like Kumbhaka, Bandhas & Kriyas

Develop Meditation Practice

  You will explore various meditation techniques and understand which tool resonates with you personally. Through our daily meditation practice you will develop the ability to observe, learn about yourself, and cultivate conscious reactions.

Learn Anatomy, Physiology & Biomechanics

 of the human body in an accessible and practical way. You will be able to better understand postural imbalances, injuries and health conditions. This will enable you to work with your future students in a safe, knowledgable and supportive way.

Develop Teaching Skills

 by learning about teaching methodology, along with practicing teaching right from week 1. We will support you on the path of developing self confidence, open communication, and public speaking skills. Come & embrace your authentic self and share your unique essence, through teaching yoga.

Explore Alignment & Adjustment

 in a safe and professional manner. We will cover the alignment of every posture in the Primary series, while learning how to support your future students through verbal and hands on adjustments. You will develop the ability to intelligently assess which adjustments are beneficial in various situations.

After This Training
You Will Gain...

200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certification: You will be certified on the Yoga Alliance registry that will enable you to begin your journey as an international yoga teacher.

Strong Self-Practice: Good teachers have a strong self-practice and self-discipline, both on and off the mat. We will provide the tools and teachings for you to truly embody the essence of yoga into your life. Teaching Ashtanga requires long-term & regular self practice.

Teaching Skills:  You will be able to teach a modified Ashtanga class, and maybe the full primary based on your prior experience before coming to the training. Along with this you will also learn how to teach styles like Hatha, Vinyasa & Restorative, giving you the confidence to start teaching right after the training. 

Yoga & Ayurveda Lifestyle: Learn to incorporate a yogic and ayurvedic lifestyle, being connected with nature’s cycles. You will be served healthy, delicious vegetarian meals three times per day. All of this will help you to balance your circadian rhythm, detoxify and positively influence your overall wellbeing.

Meaningful Connections: Meet with like-minded people, to create connections that will last a lifetime. Based on our experience, friendships built on common values, while embarking on a holistic transformation, are immensely meaningful and remain with us for life.

Inner Tranfsormation: Get to know yourself, explore repetitive patterns and face unexpressed emotions. This purifying process naturally happens for each individual on the physical, mental, emotional & spiritual level. You will be in a safe space, full of support, openness & kindness while going through your transformational experience.


Our YTT will be held in Om Ham Retreat & Resort, just 15 minutes away from Ubud centre. The resort is in a peaceful area and surrounded by beautiful rice paddies. In your free time you may be relaxing by the swimming pool overlooking the rice fields, going for a walk to explore the local area around, or enjoy a spa treatment right at the hotel.

All rooms have AC, private bathroom, and Wi-Fi.

You will be served a buffet of 3 healthy vegetarian meals per day. The kitchen team will support special dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten-free or allergies.

Meet the Teachers

Ewelina Zablocka

Teacher & Co-Founder

Ewelina is a yoga teacher and holistic health coach. She is a dedicated practitioner of ashtanga yoga, meditation and ayurveda. In her teachings, she supports others on their way towards balance, health and fulfilment. She sees wellbeing as a composite of many important aspects; such as emotions, health, mindset, relationships, spirituality, career and quality of life. She taught a variety of courses, teacher trainings and retreats in South East Asia, Europe and Middle East. She also writes books and creates online programs focused on holistic wellbeing. As she found so much healing in yogic lifestyle, she feels the most happy when sharing the practice with others.

Rohil Jethmalani

Teacher & Co-Founder

Rohil has taught immersive retreat and teacher training programs in Morocco, Bali and India. He has spent long periods of time learning & practicing Ashtanga in the traditional Mysore-style, as well as classical Hatha with his teachers in Mysore and Rishikesh. He believes that yoga is not simply a physical practice and strives to highlight the philosophies that underlie these rich and sacred traditions. His teachings are non-dogmatic, whereby different students receive unique and appropriate instruction to tailor the practice to their needs and not the other way around. He has also completed a masters in Cognitive Neuroscience to understand the scientific basis behind the various practices of yoga.
