A space for women to connect around conscious motherhood.
Motherhood can be one of the most beautiful and transformative experiences of our lives.
And at the same time, it can feel lonely, overwhelming, and deeply challenging.
So much changes when we become mothers – our bodies, our relationships, our sense of self, our inner world. Often, we are expected to “manage it all” quietly, without a space to truly share what we are going through.
This offering was born from a simple intention:
to create a safe, supportive space where women can come together around motherhood – to connect, to be seen, and to remember that we are not alone.
These circles are a place for all woman interested in conscious motherhood:
At the heart of these circles is connection:
The space is gently held and rooted in values such as conscious living, mindfulness, nature, and embodied awareness – without dogma, pressure, or “right ways” of doing motherhood.
This circle is held as a non-judgmental and confidential space. When sharing, each woman can choose one of the following:
– to simply share and be witnessed
– to ask for advice from a specific person
– to ask for reflections from the group
Listening is as important as speaking. There is no fixing, no correcting, no comparison – only presence, respect, and open-hearted attention. This is a space where all experiences are welcome.
Hi, my name is Ewelina.
I am a mom to my little daughter Ida, a yogi, and a woman who is very much living and learning this journey of motherhood herself.
I am creating these circles not only to hold space for other women, but also out of my own need to connect, to sit with other mothers, to share honestly, to listen, and to feel less alone in this season of life.
Motherhood can be incredibly beautiful, and at the same time deeply challenging, and I believe we are not meant to go through it in isolation.
These circles come from a simple longing:
for women to support women, to be together, to share wisdom, doubts, fears, and joy, and to remember that we are not alone.
I come to this space as a fellow mother and friend; someone who values presence, listening, and community. My background in yoga, mindful living, and embodied awareness gently informs how I guide the circles, through grounding practices, breath, and conscious attention.
My intention is to create a space that feels safe, non-judgmental, and warm.
A space where nothing needs to be fixed.
A space where you can come exactly as you are.
I look forward to connecting with you!
